Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Fresh Strawberries (Sliced)
1/4 Cup Blueberries
1/4 Cup Raspberries
1 Banana (Sliced)
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
1 tsp Chopped Walnuts
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (I prefer Ceylon)
Drizzle of Honey (Optional)
