Ingredients:
2 Mangos (Peeled and Diced)
2 Roma Tomatoes (Diced)
2 Scallions (Sliced)
2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro (Minced)
1 Lime (Juiced)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix and chill. Additionally you can replace scallions with red onion and you can also add red bell pepper. Enjoy!
