Ingredients:
3 to 4 LB Yukon Gold Potatoes (Peeled and Whole)
3 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
5 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1/2 -3/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Kosher Salt for Water
Directions:
Place whole peeled potatoes in pot with cold salted water, add 3 whole cloves of garlic. Bring to boil and cook until fork tender about 20 minutes. When cooked drain and mash with potato masher or you can rice them. Be sure to keep the garlic cloves and mash them in there too. Add Milk, Butter, Salt and Pepper and mix. Enjoy!
