Ingredients:
1 14 oz Can Crushed Tomatoes
1 14 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
3 tbsp Olive Oil
4 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 tsp Anchovy Paste
1 tsp Tomato Paste
1/4 Cup Kalamata Olives (Minced)
3 tbsp Capers
Fresh Parsley, Basil and Parmesan for Garnish
Directions:
Heat oil in pan, add garlic, anchovy paste, tomato paste, warm until fragrant, add olives and capers. Stir and then add crushed and diced tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, basil and parmesan. Enjoy!
